Ingredients of Creamy Chicken & Pasta

  1. You need 1 tbsp of Olive Oil.
  2. Prepare 1 lb of Chicken, cut into 1" pieces.
  3. You need 1/2 cup of Onion, julienned.
  4. You need 1 cup of Green Bell Pepper, julienned.
  5. You need 1 cup of Orange or Yellow Bell Pepper, julienned.
  6. You need 3 clove of Garlic, minced.
  7. Prepare 1 can of Seasoned & diced Tomatoes (such as Hunts Rosemary & Garlic). Drained, SAVE JUICE..
  8. Prepare 1 packages of Lipton Dry Onion Mushroom mix.
  9. Prepare 1 can of Cream of Mushroom Soup.
  10. You need 1 tsp of Cavender's Greek Seasoning.
  11. It’s 1/2 tsp of Tony Cachery's Creole Seasoning.
  12. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Hickory Bacon Salt.
  13. Prepare 1 of Salt & pepper, to taste.
  14. Prepare 1 stick of Butter, sliced up.
  15. It’s 2 cup of Pasta, cooked al dente (use your favorite kind).
  16. Prepare 1 of Sour Cream (optional) for top.

Creamy Chicken & Pasta instructions

  1. Cut raw chicken into 1" pieces.
  2. Heat oil in large skillet, add chicken to hot oil & cook for 1 min, turn once & cook for another 1 min..
  3. Add julienned peppers, onions & garlic to chicken. Cook on low. Meanwhile, drain tomatoes, save juice! Add dry mushroom/onion soup mix to drained juice & combine well..
  4. Stir into chicken the drained tomatoes & sauce that has dry the onion soup mixed into it. Stir very well & continue to cook on low/medium..
  5. Gently stir in Cream of Mushroom Soup, Cavendar's, Tony Cachery's, Bacon Salt, salt & pepper..
  6. Cook on low/medium until consistency is desired (remember the pasta will use up some of the liquid).
  7. Add sliced butter to create creaminess. Let melt, stir gently..
  8. Meanwhile, cook pasta per package instructions. Add chopped butter to pasta for extra creaminess..
  9. Serve Chicken mixture over pasta..
  10. Add Sour Cream to top if desired.
