  8. For Assembly – Roll the dough and cut the dough to 4 to 5 pieces..
  9. Dust and roll the dough to oval shape..
  10. Keep a portion of the filling in the center, roll the sides and join the ends to make a boat shape..
  11. Add 1 tbsp of cold water to the egg white and whisk well. Brush the dough with egg-water mixture..
  12. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese..
  13. Bake at 250 degrees C for 12- 15 mins till the dough turns golden brown..
