  4. Then add green masala (2 1/2 tbsp) and let it cook for 5 mins..
  5. Then add baby potatoes and add 1tsp chilli powder and 1/2 tsp salt. then keep cooking and do the jurpan until meat is cooked.
  6. When meat is cooked add 2 tbsp tomatoe puree with a bit of water mixture and stir. cook for 1 minute and then add 1 tsp garam masala and coriander.

You can vary by substituting other ingredients in place of the lamb and adjusting the cooking time. Pat lamb dry with paper towels and place in a large bowl. Add spice mix to large bowl and toss. I've tweaked this curry over the years using a blend of aromatic spices.
